You will need to provide the following information:

Eligibility

Birth Certificate or Passport (Please note: copies required – originals to be sighted)

Further Requirements

– Immunisation Certificate
(please note: overseas information to be noted on the New Zealand Certificate)
Children may not start school until there New Zealand Immunisation Certificate is provided
– Medical Condition or Allergy Form
– Report from previous school (if applicable)
